Gail Hall

Gail Hall is a food activist and owner of Seasoned Solutions, Loft Cooking School and Consulting Company for the agriculture, food service and hospitality industries. Seasoned Solutions focuses on local and regional Alberta ingredients. Gail hopes with Seasoned Solutions, to impart her passion, knowledge and life-long love affair with food to others!

Gail Hall’s love of cooking and satisfaction with feeding people fresh, great food, inspired her to leave her successful career as a civil servant and start Gourmet Goodies catering in 1985. Gail’s vision was to provide a customized catering service that could be whatever the client wanted it to be. Gourmet Goodies became an award-winning catering company and one of the top five catering establishments in Canada, setting new standards for food quality, presentation, retailing of local and regional food products, cooking classes and culinary tours.

Gail's awards include:

  • Global's Women of Vision;
  • YWCA Entrepreneur of the Year;
  • The Mayor's Award for Sustained Support to the Arts; and
  • Milner Fenerty's Pinnacle Award.
