Seasoned Solutions' Loft Cooking Classes
with Gail Hall

Enjoy an exclusive cooking class in the loft home of Gail Hall. Experience fresh cooking in a hands-on, full participation class under the guidance of a seasoned professional. This is not a watch-to-learn experience. You'll actually be cooking with expert instruction, using the freshest ingredients available and local and regional ingredients when possible. Take home recipes that you can actually use because you have actually made them. You'll prepare a wonderful meal and then sit down to enjoy the food in the warm surroundings of a loft in the historic warehouse district of Edmonton. For over 18 years, Gail Hall owned and operated Gourmet Goodies, an award-winning catering company with an award-winning cooking school. Now you can enjoy an exclusive cooking class in Gail's home. Class size is limited to ten.

Cooking Inspired by Sonoma, Ca.:

Gail's culinary tour of Sonoma, Ca, was an exploration of regional cuisine paired with outstanding wines from the area. Take a class and create some new dishes using local and seasonal ingredients.

Cooking Inspired by Vietnam and Cambodia:
Saturday, April 14 or 28, 2012
Gail's culinary tour to Vietnam in March was a history lesson on a plate. The best way to understand the country's history is to immerse yourself in its cuisine. Take a class and learn to create the basics of this cuisine at home.

Market Fresh Cooking:
Saturdays: May 26, or June 9 or June 23 or July 7 or 21 or August 11 or 25, 2012
11:00 am to 3:00 pm (meet at the front door of Sobeys at Jasper and 104 Street at 11:00 am sharp)
These classes sell out quickly and it's easy to see why: you'll wander and shop the City Farmer's Market on 104th with Gail and meet the producers while selecting ingredients to create a fabulous fresh menu under Gail's guidance. The menu changes as seasonal market ingredients become available.

The schedule for cooking classes for September through December 2012 will be ready by mid-July.

Cost for Cooking Classes:
$175 per person per class plus GST and includes all ingredients, recipe kit, certificate, apron and wine. Advance registration and full payment is required by cash, interac email transfer or cheque made out to Gail Hall or Seasoned Solutions. Registration is confirmed on a first paid basis. A cancellation fee will apply if a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours notice. Call

Gail's cooking classes are fun, educational and inspirational. Great for special occasion celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, retirements) or just to spend some time with a group of friends.
